Well you should start off with a weapon you know you will keep. I tend to just go to Miss Free and get the weapons pack. When you do that it actually gives you a bunch of +6 weapons which can be used to add 2 sockets to your fan/tower as well.
Anyway, After you have your weapon, you go to the lotto and play that a couple times untill you get a few +8 composisition elites to use to make your weapon +12. When you do that, get 15kk and buy a +13, +14, +15 stone and talk to the guy where is next to the the diamond of market and GZ!
